Egg Whites

The egg whites describe the fundamental movement patterns, anatomy and reformer biomechanics & how spring/resistance load interacts with the body and the reformer.

Egg Yolk

The yolk is how we describe our programming techniques, and pulling together all the white components into a class program that is intentional and effective.

Salt & Pepper

Our salt & pepper learnings are the extra things that make your teaching tastier… energy, tone, depth/style of voice, language and personality that captivates and motivates clients. It’s also where we cover common injury presentations and pre and post natal considerations.

12-week Reformer Teacher Training Course

Our 12-week course covers exactly that- 12 weeks of perfectly cooked, eggcellent weeks of nutritious content. This course is perfect for students who are completely new to the industry, as well as reformer instructors who are looking for a bit of a different approach to their teaching.
