No matter what type of training you do with us, you’ll learn to become a critical thinker as you take a strength-based approach to the reformer.

Your learning will always include some egg whites, egg yolks and some salt & pepper.

The egg whites describe the fundamental movement patterns, anatomy and reformer biomechanics & how spring/resistance load interacts with the body and the reformer.

The yolk is how we describe our programming techniques, and pulling together all the white components into a class program that is intentional and effective.

Our salt & pepper learnings are the extra things that make your teaching tastier… energy, tone, depth/style of voice, language and personality that captivates and motivates clients. It’s also where we cover common injury presentations and pre and post natal considerations.
