Have the weekend in October free to spend time in Adelaide with our founders and want hands-on, in-the-room learning? Our intensives blend the flexibility of online study with an unforgettable practical weekend. You’ll complete your theory online in your own time, then come together for three full days of hands-on workshops — teaching delivery and programming practice and teaching among your peers, with real feedback from our senior education team. It’s immersive, it’s energising, and you’ll leave having released some of your pre-teaching nerves. The fastest, most supported way to crack into teaching.

Online access opens 1 July. Work through all online content before your intensive weekend, where you’ll complete your practical workshops and assessments in person.

Scrambled Education 12-week Teacher Training is a program that blends biomechanics, movement science, programming, coaching, delivery skills, and real-world industry experience. Our curriculum is designed to build trainers who are confident, technically exceptional, and critical thinkers.

Our program is suitable for brand-new trainers looking to enter the industry. No previous learning or experience is necessary, we are equipped to teach you from scratch. We are also for current trainers seeking up-skilling and further learning/development, and studio owners wanting a consistent, high-quality trainer pipeline.

Scrambled Education is a non-accredited specialist program built by industry leaders. We focus on skill mastery, practical teaching competency, and industry readiness – not box-ticking frameworks. We are recognised by Exercise Sport Science Association Australia (ESSA) for CPD points.

Yes – we have helped students from all New Zealand, Germany, London and beyond complete their training. With 100% online learning options you can learn from anywhere in the world.

We have had many students who are working full time or studying full time. Weekly content density fluctuates week to week, but you can expect to dedicate anywhere between 2 and 6 hours per week to your studies. Like anything, the more you put in the more you get out.

Once a week of content opens, the previous weeks remain open for you to go back to anytime. You will also have an additional 12 weeks of access at the end of your course to refresh on any content.

Structure and Delivery

The Scrambled course runs for 12 weeks, to cover all learning material and within course assessments. In week 13 you will complete your final assessment and hand up your log-book before receiving your completion certificate.

All learning is delivered online through our online Scrambled learning portal, with weekly video lessons, written modules, practical tasks, and assessments scheduled at week 6, 10, 12 and 13. Students complete at their own pace within the weekly release structure, but content will be drip fed weekly to ensure students do not rush ahead.

It is recommended – yes. Like anything, the more you put in the more you get out. Completing assessments will require you to have access to a reformer and a mock ‘client’ so you can practise, film, and refine your teaching.

  • Quizzes
  • Trainer prompt reflection activities
  • Written programming practice
  • Practical assessments
  • Observation hours

Your assessors provide detailed, constructive feedback to ensure you’re progressing confidently.
